Storming at the homefront!

Such a beautiful day here at the home front. Was told a cold front was going to come through and cool it off. Well guess what it did. It dropped about 20 degrees in an hour and the storms are rolling in. The rain is beautiful falling. The plants and the grass need a good feeding. Spring is so inviting to me, too see the leaves growing on the trees, seeing the plants popping out of the ground and having 5 inch growth in about 3 days. The grass is getting so green. We know that summer is just around the corner. It is my favorite season of the year. The warm sun, the wind blowing in your hair, the smells from fresh cut grass, and lilacs all abloom, it is such a refreshing season. Fall is another wonderful season but I won't wish my summer away just yet. Here at the home front we are starting a countdown on the school year. We have 15 days of school left. My son can't wait. But I know within a month he will be ready for it to start up again.

My daughter a Ashley is at Nationals this week I sure hope they win. She will be so excited to have that title. I wish her all the luck. She has tried so hard through the years. She is a great daughter and I love her so much. She will never know what she means to me. I don't think any child ever realizes how important they are to their parents. Well the storms are really rolling in and I don't like being on the computer when it is lightening and thundering so I'm going to say have a great evening and I will post tomorrow evening again.
